First Time Running on Terra

Authenticate with Google
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

If you've done this before you can skip this step - you only need to do this once.

#. Ensure the `gcloud CLI <https://cloud.google.com/sdk/install>`_ is installed on your computer.

	Note: Broad users do not have to install this-they can type::

		reuse Google-Cloud-SDK

	to make the Google Cloud tools available.

#. Execute the following command to login to Google Cloud.::

	gcloud auth login

#. Copy and paste the link in your unix terminal into your web browser.

#. Enter authorization code in unix terminal.

Create a Terra workspace
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

#. Create a new Terra_ workspace by clicking Create New Workspace in Terra
